التجارة الالكترونية ببساطة تشير إلى كل نشاط تقوم بيه عبر الانترنت او خدمات الاتصالات الجديدة ويتم من خلالها البيع والشراء بطريقة قانونية سواء بيع وشراء المنتجات الملموسة او الخدمات بشكل عام .
كما ان التجارة الالكترونية باللغة العامية، هو كل نشاط تجاري تقوم به عبر الانترنت، سواء اذا كنت بائع لمنتج او بائع لخدمة عبر الانترنت، مثل شركات حجز تذاكر الطيران عبر الانترنت، او شركات تقديم خدمات إنشاء مواقع الكترونية، ومن هذه المواقع العالمية التي يتم من خلالها بيع السلع والمنتجات، موقع امازون، علي اكسبريس، ايباي، سوق، وجوميا، ومن المواقع التي تقدم خدمات الكترونية عبر الانترنت، فري لانسر، خمسات وايضا مستقل .

واننا سوف نوضح لكم الكثير من الاحصائيات حول الأعمال التي يتم إدارتها عبر الإنترنت، خصوصًا الأشخاص الذين يريدون البدء في التجارة الإلكترونية ومنها :

كيفية العمل في التجارة الالكترونية
العمل عبر الإنترنت له عدة خطوات قد تتغير مسمياتها، لكن هي خطوات اساسية وسوف نوضحها بالتفصيل، وسوف نوضح لكم مثال معين ( لا يشترط تطبيق كل الخطوات ) .
اولا ً : وجود منتج
لابد من ان تقوم تقد منتج، سواء منتج محدد واحد فقط، او منتجات كثيرة، مثل سوق دوت كوم، ومن هذه المنتجات هي المنتجات الملموسة، او المنتجات الرقمية مثل الكتب الالكترونية.
فيمكن ان يكون لك منتج واحد اي متخصص في شيء واحد او تقدم منتجات كثيرة بشكل عام، اي تجمع بين اكثر من تخصص في آن واحد.
فيمكنك ان تختار منتجك من خلال التالي :
– كاش باك مقابل البيع .
– القدرة على البيع بسعر اقل من المنافسين .
– القدرة على توفر ما يطلب العميل من كميات .
– جودة عالية مقابل سعر مناسب .

متجرك الالكتروني يشبه المتجر بشكل عام، ولكن يكون على شبكة الانترنت، سواء اكان لديك موقعك الخاص على احدي المنصات مثل بلوجر او وردبريس، او برمجة خاصة .
ثالثاً : وسيلة الدفع
يمكنك اختيار الكثير من وسائل وطرق الدفع، ومن اشهر طرق الدفع العالمية والمحلية :

رابعاً : التسويق الالكتروني
في هذه الخطوة تتمثل في الاعلانات على شبكة الانترنت وعلى وسائل التواصل لتصل منتجاتك إلى الكثير من الجمهور .

بعد ما يطلب العميل ما يريد من خلال موقعك الالكتروني او متجرك الالكتروني، ودفع ثمن المنتج، فدورك بأن يكون لديك مخزن تخزن فيه البضائع، فأختر مخزنك بدقة .
