ما هي سهولة استخدام موقع الويب؟
قابلية استخدام موقع الويب هي سمة من سمات مواقع الويب وطريقة لتصميمها تركز على احتياجات المستخدم، إنها تستخدم عمليات تصميم تتمحور حول المستخدم لضمان أن تكون مواقع الويب فعالة وسهلة الاستخدام للأشخاص الذين يستخدمونها بالفعل، بدلاً من الأشخاص الذين قاموا بتصميمها.
لكن وراء هذا التعريف الأساسي تكمن ثروة من التعقيد، في الواقع ستدرك بسرعة أن جعل موقع الويب قابلاً للاستخدام (بجعله بسيط) هو أحد أكثر المهام تعقيد في تصميم الويب.
الوضوح والفائدة هما الهدفان من قابلية استخدام موقع الويب ويحتاج المصممون إلى إعطاء الأولوية لكليهما، بعبارة أخرى، يتم تكليف مصممي الويب بإنشاء مواقع ويب لا تبدو جذابة فحسب، بل تعمل بالضبط بالطريقة التي يتوقعها المستخدمون من العمل بها، وهي ليست مهمة صغيرة حتى بالنسبة للمصمم الأكثر خبرة.
المبادئ الخمسة لاستخدام الويب
يمكن تقسيم قابلية سهولة استخدام موقع الويب إلى خمسة مبادئ أساسية، التوافر والوضوح والاعتراف والمصداقية والأهمية، و فيما يلي تعريف سريع لكل منها:
- التوافر: التوافر هو ببساطة مدى سهولة الوصول إلى موقع الويب الخاص بك، يمكن أن يتأثر توفر موقع الويب الخاص بك بنظام استضافة الويب الذي تستخدمه ومدى توافقه مع الأجهزة التي يستخدمها المستخدمون للوصول إليه.
- الوضوح: الوضوح هو جوهر قابلية استخدام الموقع، يأتي الزوار إلى موقعك مع وضع أهداف محددة في الاعتبار، و هذه الأهداف لا تشمل التحقق من مهارات تصميم الويب، إذا أدى تصميم موقع الويب الخاص بك إلى تشتيت انتباه الزائرين أو إرباكهم، فسيحتاجون إما إلى مزيد من الوقت للعثور على ما جاؤا من أجله، أو قد ينسون هدفهم الأولي تماماً ويغادرون، في كلتا الحالتين، فإنهم يغادرون غير راضين ومن غير المرجح أن يعودوا.

وكثيراً ما يختلط قابلية استخدام الموقع مع مقاربة أخرى ذات الصلة لتصميم مواقع الإنترنت وهي تجربة المستخدم (UX) حيث قابلية الاستخدام للموقع هو الأفضل من حيث الفكر وهو مجموعة فرعية من UX و UX يدل عادة على مجال أوسع للدراسة والتصميم من التفاعلات على شبكة الإنترنت فقط.
ويتضمن UX كل شيء من التفاعلات بين الإنسان والآلة إلى أنثروبولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي، و إن الأفكار التي تعتمد على تطبيق معظم الدورات التدريبية في الضغط هي تجربة المستخدم.
