فالمخالفات المرورية تختلف من دولة إلى دولة أخرى، ويتم وضع القانونالخاص بكل دولة عن طريق مجالس التشريع الخاصة بكل دولة من الدول، من خلال الإستعانة بالخبرات التي يمتلكها الأشخاص المدركين بقانون السير والمرور، والعقوبة تكون على هيئة عقوبة مالية وتختلف من مخالفة إلىمخالفة أخرى، ويوجد بعض المخالفات التي من الممكن أن تصل العقوبة الخاصة بها إلى السجن وذلك على حسب خطورة المخالفة.
أما عن المخالفات المرورية التي من الممكن للسائق الوقوع بها فهي كثيرةوتختلف، وسنتعرف الآن على بعض من هذه المخالفات :
هذه هي بعض من المخالفات المرورية التي يمكن بسببها التعرض للعقوبةالمالية وحدوث كوارث إذا لم ينتبه السائق.
فقوانين المرور تم وضعها من أجل الإلتزام بها حتى يتم الحفاظ على سلامةالسائق ومن معه بالسيارة وسلامة المُشاة ويجب كل فترة عمل إستعلام عنالمخالفات المرورية من أجل الإطمئنان حتى لا نتعرض للعقوبة الكبيرة ويجبدفع أي غرامات نجدها على رقم السيارة الخاصة بنا.
